As an AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality Accredited company, TC’s quality objectives are to identify customer requirements, exceed expectations and provide continual improvement of processes and interfaces.

In order to meet these objectives, we have a documented and continually updated project management methodology in line with the PMBOK framework. Our project management functions allow scalability, bringing a consistent level of professionalism regardless of the size or complexity of the task.

Our project management services provide a higher-level coordination across the various departments within TC, in order to maximise the effectiveness of all necessary resources, including our Service engineers, our Solution Designers and our Integrated Logistic Support framework.
