TC Communications supply the Yacht Tracking Devices, Airtime and support services for the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA).

TC have been working with CYCA since 2002 and provided the complete yacht tracking system which was fully integrated into the Yacht Tracker website – an award winning web-site which has attracted millions of hits and garnered maximum exposure for the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race.

Following on from the success of the initial application, TC worked closely with the CYCA to refine the script and make adjustments as per the modified requirements of the CYCA. Our engineering team has been able to create customer commands to help manage the system as well as conducting fault investigations to ensure its ‘smooth sailing’ - forgive the pun. We have provided configuration updates and support for issue resolution all while remaining mindful of the deadlines faced by CYCA as a major event organizer.
