LINK YOUR RADIO AND PHONE NETWORKS

The TC Push to Talk BGAN is a device designed to facilitate a link between a remotely deployed two-way radio network and a client controlled telephone network/terrestrial PSTN via a BGAN terminal. TC’s PTT BGAN is capable of functioning either with a hosted voice service provided by TC Communications or as an extension of a terrestri-ally located SIP PBX.

Connectivity between the attached two-way radio network and terrestrial services is maintained via a connected BGAN terminal – the unit is compatible with the T&T Ex-plorer 110, 500 and 700.

Bi-DIRECTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN OPERATIVES ON THE FIELD AND DECISION MAKERS AT HQ

The device enables handheld and mobile 2-way radios to make calls from anywhere in the world back to a standard telephone number. This provides a phone connection for all users on the radio network, reducing satellite call charges and minimising the amount of equipment that needs to be carried on the field. TC’s PTT BGAN can also be used to join two radio networks together even if they are separated by thousands of kilometres.
