24/7 HELPDESK - Support you can depend on
This helpdesk is not simply a call centre – rather, it is a dedicated, rostered service staffed by field and in-house engineers with appropriate experience in satellite terminal hardware, PC and IT equipment (eg CISCO routers) and mobile satellite networks. The singular purpose of this Help Desk is to ensure that our clients stay connected. There have been instances where ensuring this occurs has meant dispatching our field engineers to places as far abroad as The Gulf on minimum notice. This commitment to service is what gives our clients peace of mind in dealing with TC.
SERVICE & REPAIRS
TC Communications is the Regional Nera Service Centre. Our engineers are trained in all aspects of satellite communication and are able to service and repair all natures of terminals. Furthermore, clients who use TC Communications airtime are entitled to Free Labour on all in-house terminal repairs.
ONSITE REPAIRS AND INSTALLATION
Our Field Engineering Team are available for onsite service and installation calls throughout the region – and the world. TC has built up a unique combination of leading edge satcom engineering skills delivered by a fast acting, highly experienced team straight to the heart of our customers problem wherever they may be. We have carried out projects for various aid agencies and government customers in places as far a field as Somalia, Rwanda, Cambodia, Iraq and Bosnia.
The correct installation and repair of satcoms terminals is the only way of ensuring the validity of warranty and TC Communications ensures that all our engineering work conforms to the highest possible standard.
